And the Gauntlet Winners are... Team Removed From Play!

First, the ENGAGE team would like to thank the 20 teams that participated in our epic, 10 hr. board game tournament!  Not only did you commit to raising an incredible amount of money for Hopelink ($91,488! The most that has EVER been raised on their behalf!), but you also put in hours of game training, blog posting, and social media sharing. YOU are the reason our event was so successful and we are eternally grateful for your dedication to our event!

We will be sharing photos through our Gauntlet Facebook Page within the next few days.  We are compiling photos from our teams, spectators, and our event photographer, so please send pics to Marguerite at [email protected] if you'd like your pics to be added to the mix.

Lastly... we want to give a BIG SHOUT OUT to Team Removed From Play for winning the coveted Gauntlet trophy!  It was a long, long, battle and they clearly prevailed. Those who were at the event last year know that this is sweet redemption for RFP, since they narrowly missed this honor last year.  It was also a pleasure to watch Jason Bulmahn from Team Paizo hand over the Gauntlet (or rather, not hand over, but make Charles pry it from his hand!) as these two men have a long standing, intense, competitive, rivalry that neither would admit also includes friendship and support. 

Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts, for making our event a crazy success!  We can't wait to see what you'll do next year!
